i had a problem and support got back to me fast. they fixed it without much hassle, so i’m happy with the experience.

I had to send back a hoodie because I picked the wrong size, and I was a little annoyed at myself when I realized it. But the return process was really straightforward, and everything was easy to follow. They refunded me a few days after receiving it, and support replied quickly when I had a question. No hassle at all, so it ended up being a good experience.

I grabbed a Fnatic hoodie and a mousepad, both are really solid. The hoodie feels good quality, and the print still looks great after a few washes. The mousepad is super smooth too, so no complaints there. The only thing is the price, it’s kind of ridiculous for what it is. Still, I’m happy with what I got overall...

Picked this up from Fnatic and, at least from what I can tell, the mouse feels really good in FPS games. I can’t say for sure it’s the only reason, but my aim does feel a bit smoother and I haven’t noticed any lag yet. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no issues.

I ordered from fnatic.com the packaging kind of surprised me in a good way. I was expecting the usual slightly beaten-up delivery box, but nope, it showed up in good shape, no dents, no crushed corners, nothing that made me think, “Oh great, here we go.”
When I opened it, everything inside was wrapped up properly and wasn’t sliding around at all, which is always the thing I quietly worry about with gear. It wasn’t fancy or overdone, just secure and done right. Felt like they actually cared about it getting to me safely.

Picked up a Fnatic hoodie and yeah, it’s the real deal. Tags looked right, the quality feels solid, and there wasn’t anything sketchy or fake about it. Happy with it.

I was disappointed with the sizing on this hoodie. It runs noticeably small, and for the price, I expected a better fit. I’d definitely size up if you decide to get it.

From what I remember, the design looked nice overall. It did feel a little dark to me, but still clean and decent.

I’m a fan of Fnatic, but the website felt a bit clunky when I was trying to browse around. Some pages took longer than I expected to load, and the menu felt kind of all over the place, especially on my phone. I ended up tapping around way too much just to find basic stuff...
The checkout worked in the end, so it wasn’t like anything was completely broken, but it didn’t feel very smooth either. It just seems like the site could use a bit of cleanup and simplifying. Not terrible, just annoying enough that I didn’t really enjoy the experience...

I was trying to grab a jersey first, and then later I wanted a mousepad, but both were out of stock forever!!! I kept coming back to check, hoping they’d restock, but nothing really changed. The site itself is easy enough to use, so that’s nice, but it doesn’t help much if the stuff I actually want is never available!!! Really hoping they restock things more often!!!

It feels like a good deal for what you’re paying. The quality seems decent enough, and I’d say it’s probably worth it overall.

At first it seemed okay, but after a few hours my wrist started hurting. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but something feels off with the comfort for longer sessions. It’s fine for short use, just not great if you’ll be using it for hours.
